Please apply using the online application form on the interOpto/Imaging Japan website.
1. Deadlin
Deadline for Early Bird Exhibitor Fee Application: Tuesday, January 31, 2023
Final deadline for exhibitor applications: Tuesday, February 28, 2023
2. Payment of Exhibit Fee
Upon completion of the application, an invoice will be issued, so please transfer the funds by the stated date.
(In principle, payment must be made prior to the exhibition.)
If you apply online, you will be able to download the invoice from the exhibitors-only website.
※Deposit period date: March 31, 2023 (Fri)
3. Cancellation charges
If an exhibit is cancelled due to the circumstances of the exhibitor, cancellation charges (full or partial fees) shall apply as below.
